Our story
A family business shaped by resilience, shared purpose, and a promise to protect the quality that clients trusted from the very beginning.
The beginning
TLC Cleaning began more than 15 years ago with Rose, a strong work ethic, and a simple commitment: to take care of every client's home with the same attention and care she would give her own.
In the early years, Rose did much of the cleaning herself, gradually building the company one home and one relationship at a time. Through consistency, referrals, and the trust of her clients, what started as a small cleaning business began to grow.
A family turning point
At the time, Rose's daughter, Julliana, was attending college for business while working full-time in an administrative role. Joining the family business wasn't originally part of the plan—but when Julliana's father became ill, their family's circumstances changed.
Rose was balancing the demands of running and working in the business while also trying to spend more time at home caring for her husband. Julliana saw an opportunity to help her mother while also building upon everything Rose had worked so hard to create.
The two decided to work together with a goal that was both personal and professional: grow TLC into a company that no longer depended on Rose personally cleaning every home, without losing the quality and personal care that had made clients trust her in the first place.
The next chapter
Within a year, they accomplished that transition.
Today, TLC Cleaning has grown into a professionally managed cleaning company with carefully selected and trained teams—but it remains proudly mother-and-daughter owned and operated.

Their roles may have changed, but their involvement hasn't. Rose and Julliana remain personally connected to the people, standards, and client experience behind every visit.
Operations & client experience
Julliana oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, team coordination, client communication, customer service, quality control, and the systems that keep TLC running smoothly.
Training & quality standards
With more than 15 years of hands-on cleaning experience, Rose focuses on training cleaners, supervising teams, maintaining cleaning standards, and ensuring that her knowledge and attention to detail are passed along to every TLC team.
